Feed

The live stream of mentions, filter sidebar, and what each card shows—from AI insights to archive and bookmarks.

The Feed is your workspace stream of social matches (posts and comments) from every active listener. Use the filter sidebar to narrow what you see, then work each mention card with AI context, links, and actions.

SnitchFeed feed: filter sidebar on the right with Filters header, Update View, and filter sections; mention cards with AI insights, Mark as Seen, copy and View actions, post content, intent signals, and footer actions

Open the feed from the app sidebar, or from a saved view under Filtered views. The same filter model also powers Analytics charts and CSV export.

Filter sidebar

The Filters rail sits on the side of the feed (collapsed by default, hover to expand).

Mention card (feed item)

Each row is one mention: listener context, AI block, native post preview, then footer actions.

Header row

  • Platform icon and listener name (color-coded). On the main feed the listener name links to that listener’s page.
  • Author line (and subreddit on Reddit, for example r/…) with links out to the network where applicable.
  • Relative time (“about 14 hours ago”) with a tooltip for exact posted and found timestamps.
  • Seen indicator — when you have marked the mention seen, an eye icon can show with a “marked seen on …” tooltip on desktop.
  • Mark as seen / Mark as not seen — toggles whether this mention counts as read for you (seen mentions may appear slightly de-emphasized until you hover).
  • Copy — copies a SnitchFeed match link you can share internally (/match/… with a copy source flag).
  • View — opens the public match page in a new tab and marks the mention seen when you use it from an authenticated session.
  • Respond — opens the AI response dialog to draft a public reply or DM.

AI insights (purple panel)

SnitchFeed's AI model adds structured context on top of the raw post:

  • A short AI intent summary describing what the author wants and why the mention matters.
  • Fit Score (how well the mention fits your brand context, listener intent, and ICP) and Sentiment scores.
  • Show more like this / Show less like this training feedback. A thumbs down also archives the mention.

Post body

Platform-specific layout (X post, LinkedIn update, Reddit post/comment, Bluesky, etc.) including title or body text. Listener keywords are highlighted in the body so you can see why the mention matched.

  • Intent signals — pill badges for detected intents (for example Buying Intent, Pain Point, Comparison).
  • Language — detected language of the mention.
  • Bookmark — add or remove the mention from bookmark collections.
  • Archive — removes the mention from the default feed into archive (rules and undo behavior depend on how it was archived).
  • More (⋯)Webhooks: send a test delivery of this match to an endpoint you configured (requires webhooks on your plan). See Webhooks.
