What's a Listener?
How listeners define what SnitchFeed watches for across social platforms.
A listener is a saved monitoring configuration: the keywords (and optional filters) that tell SnitchFeed which posts to collect and score for your workspace. Each listener runs continuously in the background and feeds matching mentions into your feed, notifications, and connected tools.
You can run multiple listeners for different brands, products, competitors, or campaigns. Tuning keywords and relevance is what keeps volume useful instead of noisy.
