What's a Listener?
How listeners define what SnitchFeed watches for across social platforms.
A listener is a saved monitoring configuration: the keywords (and optional filters) and/or Tracked Profiles that tell SnitchFeed which posts to collect and score for your workspace. Tracked Profiles let the listener follow specific LinkedIn or X accounts directly, including on a profile-only listener with no keywords. Each listener runs continuously in the background and feeds matching mentions into your feed, notifications, and connected tools.
You can run multiple listeners for different brands, products, competitors, or campaigns. Tuning keywords, intent signals, Tracked Profiles, and Fit Score filters is what keeps volume useful instead of noisy.
