Email alerts
Email is the default way to hear about new mentions. Turn Email on in notification settings, then pick how you want to be notified.
Digest schedule
For daily and weekly digests you control:
- Time of day — When each digest should send (separate pickers for daily vs weekly).
- Timezone — One timezone applies to both digests so “8:30 AM” means the same clock wherever you work (for example
America/Anchorage,Europe/London). - Weekly day — Which weekday the weekly summary covers (for example Monday).
Defaults in the product may start at a common morning time; change the time pickers and timezone anytime, then Save Changes.
Options
- Instant emails — Get a message shortly after each qualifying mention (can be noisy if volume is high).
- Daily digest — One summary for the previous day at your chosen time.
- Weekly digest — One summary for the previous week on your chosen weekday and time.
