AI generated responses

Draft on-brand public replies and DMs from the Feed with response profiles. Save time while keeping voice, goals, and platform rules under control.

AI-generated responses help you reply to high-intent mentions without starting from a blank box. SnitchFeed reads the mention, your listener context, and your workspace Brand Context, then drafts a reply you can edit, transform, and paste on the platform.

The feature is built around response profiles (reusable presets for voice, goals, and platform-specific examples). Your team can share a small set of profiles (for example “Support”, “Founder voice”, “Enterprise AE”) instead of re-explaining tone on every thread.

Brand Context required

Generation needs a completed workspace Brand Context (company description, positioning, and related fields). If it is missing, complete it under AI Context → Brand Context in the app (/ai/brand-context) before using Respond.

Why teams use it

  • Save time: Turn a scored mention into a draft in seconds instead of writing from scratch while re-reading the thread.
  • Stay on-message: Profiles lock in response goals, tone, length, assertiveness, and how prominently your brand may appear.
  • Match each network: Platform voice examples and per-network limits (character counts, public reply vs DM) keep drafts appropriate for Reddit, X, LinkedIn, and Bluesky.
  • Iterate safely: Tweak settings for one mention, transform the draft, or save successful tweaks back into a profile without affecting other teammates until you choose to update the shared preset.

How it fits together

  1. Create a response profile: Define goals, voice sliders, CTA behavior, and example replies (at least one example required).
  2. Generate responses: Open Respond on a mention in the Feed, pick a profile, adjust Tweak Settings if needed, generate, then copy or use transforms.
  3. Post on-platform: SnitchFeed does not publish on your behalf; you paste or type the final reply on Reddit, X, LinkedIn, or Bluesky.

Where to manage profiles

In the app, open AI Context → Response Profiles (/ai/response-profiles). From there you can create, edit, and delete profiles. The same profiles appear in the Respond dialog on the Feed.

After you save a profile with platform examples, SnitchFeed generates voice summaries per platform (status badges: Voice ready, Generating voice, or Voice failed). Those summaries steer drafts toward the style of your examples without you pasting them on every generation.
