SnitchFeed helps startups and small teams catch high-intent conversations on social—buying signals, competitor complaints, questions about your category—while they are still fresh. You define what “counts” in plain language; we scan public posts and comments around the clock, score each mention with a Fit Score and intent signals, and notify you in Slack, Discord, or email (or push matches to your stack with webhooks).

How it works

1. Describe what you care about — Intent signals, keywords, brands, and what to ignore.
2. We collect public posts — SnitchFeed continuously gathers matching posts and comments from supported networks.
3. AI reads context — Each item can be summarized, labeled with intent signals (buying intent, competitor mention, pain point, etc.), and filtered by Fit Score and sentiment.
4. You get alerted — Slack, Discord, email, or webhooks—per listener or workspace defaults.
5. Optional automations — Send qualified mentions to enrichment or sequencing tools via webhooks.
