Connect SnitchFeed to Cursor and its agent can read your mentions, listeners and usage while you work. Cursor talks to SnitchFeed through the SnitchFeed MCP server.
Before you start
- A SnitchFeed account.
- Cursor installed.
Add SnitchFeed to Cursor
Open ~/.cursor/mcp.json and add SnitchFeed:
{
"mcpServers": {
"SnitchFeed": {
"url": "https://api.snitchfeed.com/mcp"
}
}
}You can also add the same URL from Cursor Settings → MCP.
Reload the window: press Cmd+Shift+P and choose Reload Window.
When Cursor first connects, your browser opens a SnitchFeed sign-in page. Sign in and grant access.
Check that it works
Ask Cursor's agent: "How many keywords am I using in SnitchFeed?" It should answer with your keyword, listener and credit usage.
In SnitchFeed, Integrations → MCP lists Cursor under Connected agents. Click Disconnect there to remove its access.
If something goes wrong
| Problem | Fix |
|---|---|
| SnitchFeed tools don't show up | Reload the window, or turn the server off and on in Cursor Settings → MCP. |
