Invite teammates and manage roles
Invite teammates to your SnitchFeed workspace, see seats left on your plan, and learn what workspace owners and collaborators can each do.
Last updated
Your SnitchFeed workspace is shared. Teammates see the same listeners, feeds and mentions. Each person has a role that decides what they can change.
Manage your team from Workspace Settings → Team (app.snitchfeed.com/settings/team). The page shows the Invite Teammate button, seats left, your members and any pending invitations.
Invite a teammate
Workspace owners and collaborators can both invite teammates.
Open the invite dialog
On Workspace Settings → Team, click Invite Teammate.
Enter their email
Type your teammate's email address.
Choose a role
Under Assign Role, choose Collaborator. Unsure? Click Not sure what to choose? in the dialog.
Send it
Click Send Invitation.
What happens next
- Your teammate gets an email with a Join workspace button.
- The invitation expires after 7 days. They must sign up or log in with the same email you invited.
- Until they join, they appear in the invitations table. Once they join, they move to the members table.
People who already have a SnitchFeed account can accept too. They keep their other workspaces and can switch between them.
On a pending invitation, click Resend to send a fresh link, for example after it expires. Click Cancel to withdraw it and free the seat.
Seats
Each plan includes a set number of user seats: 1 on Starter and 5 on Pro. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted, canceled or expires.
When no seats are left, Invite Teammate and Get more seats open the upgrade options. See Plans & billing.
Roles
Every member has one role per workspace: Workspace Owner or Collaborator. Collaborators can do almost everything. Billing and team management are for owners only.

| View invoices and manage the subscription | Yes | No |
| Change roles or remove members | Yes | No |
Plan limits apply to everyone. For example, webhooks and CSV export need the Pro plan whatever your role.
When a collaborator tries something only an owner can do, SnitchFeed shows who the owners are so they know who to ask.
Change a role
Owners see a ⋯ button on each member's row. It opens a dialog with the member's Role.
The Workspace Owner role can't be assigned in the app. To transfer ownership of a workspace, email hello@snitchfeed.com.
Remove a member
Open the member
On Workspace Settings → Team, click ⋯ on the member's row.
Remove them
Click Remove, then confirm with Remove member.
They lose access to this workspace right away. Their listeners and mentions stay in the workspace. Their SnitchFeed account and other workspaces are not affected.
Owners can't be removed. A member who owns active API keys needs those keys revoked first.
