Brand Context

How SnitchFeed builds your workspace brand profile from your website and where to review or edit it for better AI scoring.

Brand Context is your workspace’s structured profile: who you are, what you sell, who you serve, and how you position in the market. SnitchFeed feeds this to AI alongside listener-level instructions so relevance scoring and keyword suggestions stay grounded in your business—not generic guesses.

Brand Context vs listener intent

Brand Context describes your company (stable, org-wide). Listener intent describes what posts you want for a given listener (keywords, campaigns, competitors). Both work together; neither replaces the other.

How SnitchFeed builds Brand Context

When you onboard or supply a company website, SnitchFeed runs a crawl of public pages and passes the combined text through an extraction step. The model fills a fixed schema—only what is stated or clearly implied on the site; it is instructed not to invent facts.

Typical outputs include:

  • Company description — What you do, who you serve, differentiators.
  • Product summary — Problems the product solves.
  • Product positioning — Value props and how you differentiate.
  • Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) — Named segments and how you serve them (up to several profiles in the product).
  • Primary and secondary target audiences — Roles, stages, industries.
  • Use cases — Concrete jobs-to-be-done your product addresses.
  • Case studies — Customer highlights, context, and outcomes when the site provides them.

Until this pipeline finishes, Brand Context may not be ready; the product can block creating listeners until crawling and extraction complete so listeners are not configured “blind.”

Where to view and edit Brand Context

In the SnitchFeed app:

  1. Open AI Settings from the sidebar (product route: /ai).
  2. Click on the Brand Context tab.

Reanalyze

Reanalyze validates the domain, re-crawls the site, and runs extraction again. Use it when your positioning, site copy, or product story changes materially. After a successful run, review the fields and fix anything the crawl missed or misread before relying on scores and suggestions.

Edit any field directly; SnitchFeed saves what you confirm with Save Brand Context. Keeping this profile accurate improves noisy/out-of-domain filtering and helps AI-assisted flows stay aligned with how you actually sell.

  • Listener intent — Per-listener Intent and Negative intent for what to surface or score down.
  • Keywords to track — Choosing phrases; generation uses strong listener intent and benefits from solid Brand Context.
  • Create listener — End-to-end listener setup.
