Voice of Customer Content Engine

Build a content plan from the words your buyers actually use.

What this skill does

This skill reads three months of pain points, questions, comparisons and feature requests, clusters them into the problems that actually come up, and keeps the exact wording people used, unpolished version included.

It ranks the clusters by how often they appear, how close they sit to buying intent, and whether you can credibly answer them, then turns the top ones into content briefs.

Every quote traces back to a real mention link. Nothing is invented.

What you end up with

  • Recurring problems ranked by how often they actually come up
  • The exact customer phrasing for each, usable as headline copy
  • Eight briefs with angle, required questions, and source links
  • A recommendation on format: blog post, landing page, or social
  • The subreddits and platforms where each conversation actually lives

The prompt

Voice of Customer Content Engine

You have access to the SnitchFeed MCP.

Build me a content plan from what people are actually saying, not from what a keyword tool guesses they search.

Ground rule: every quote and every example must trace back to a real mention with a link. Do not invent customer stories, statistics, or examples.

1. Call snitchfeed_get_org_context so you know what we sell and who we sell to.

2. Call snitchfeed_list_mentions with:
   - include_intents: ["pain_point", "content_opportunity", "recommendation_request", "comparison", "feature_request"]
   - date_from: 90 days ago
Paginate until you have them all.

3. Call snitchfeed_query_analytics twice for context:
   - metric "mentions", group_by "keyword", same date range, to see which terms carry the volume
   - metric "mentions", group_by "subreddit", to see where the conversation actually lives

4. Cluster the mentions into recurring problems. For each cluster capture the exact phrasing people use, including the blunt, unpolished, non-marketing wording. That phrasing is the asset, so quote it verbatim rather than tidying it up.

5. Rank the clusters on three things: how often they appear, how much buying intent sits next to them (look at whether buying_intent or recommendation_request tags show up in the same cluster), and whether we can credibly answer given our positioning.

6. For the top 8 clusters give me:
   - the problem in the customer's own words
   - a working title that uses their phrasing, not ours
   - the angle, in one sentence
   - the three questions the piece has to answer to be worth reading
   - 2 to 3 real mention permalinks as source material
   - the format that fits best: blog post, landing page, or social post

7. Finish with a list of phrases we should stop using because nobody outside the company talks that way, based on the gap between our positioning language and theirs.

If I have an SEO data tool connected, cross-check the top phrasings for search volume and tell me which are worth a page versus a post.

How it works

What the agent does once you paste the prompt in, step by step.

  1. 01

    Read three months of conversation

Every question, complaint and comparison your buyers posted over the last 90 days.

    snitchfeed_list_mentions
  2. 02

    See where it actually happens

Which terms come up most, and which communities the conversation is really living in.

    snitchfeed_query_analytics
  3. 03

    Group the recurring problems

Similar posts get clustered together, with the exact wording people used kept as they wrote it.

  4. 04

    Rank by opportunity

How often it comes up, how close it sits to buying intent, and whether you can credibly answer it.

  5. 05

    Write the briefs

Eight of them, each with a title in your customers' words, the angle, and links to the posts behind it.

What it hands back

  • Recurring problem clusters with counts
  • Verbatim customer phrasing per cluster
  • Eight briefs with title, angle, required questions and source links
  • A format recommendation per brief
  • A list of internal jargon nobody outside the company uses

Make it yours

Paste any of these as a follow-up after the first run, or fold them into the prompt before you start.

  • Single topic: restrict it to one keyword or listener and ask for a content cluster around that problem alone.
  • Landing page copy: ask it to rewrite an existing page using only phrasing found in the mentions.
  • Social only: ask for 15 post ideas with the hook already written in the customer's words.
  • Objection page: ask which clusters represent objections rather than questions, and brief a page for each.
  • Monthly refresh: shorten the range to 30 days and ask what is new versus last month.
