Welcome to SnitchFeed! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SnitchFeed ("the Service"), operated by Incentyvise LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnitchFeed (https://snitchfeed.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Account Registration

  • Users may sign in with an email verification code or Google.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use SnitchFeed.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • SnitchFeed operates on a subscription-based model via Stripe.
  • Free trials are available, but no refunds are provided.
  • If payment fails, access to paid features may be limited until billing is resolved.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Users must not engage in scraping data from the Service.
  • Posting hate speech or abusive content is prohibited.
  • Abusing free trials or engaging in spam activities is not allowed.

5. User-Generated Content

  • Users may upload text content.
  • You retain your rights to content you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide the Service.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy & Data Handling

  • We collect email addresses, first/last names, and company names.
  • We use service providers and integrations to operate SnitchFeed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • After a subscription ends, we may retain its workspace for up to 12 months before deleting it, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We limit our liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  • SnitchFeed should not be relied upon for making business decisions.

8. Modifications & Termination

  • We may modify these Terms at our discretion and will notify users of significant changes.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration.
