Subprocessors
These service providers may process personal information on SnitchFeed’s behalf to operate, support, and improve the service.
Updated October 5, 2026The providers below may process information depending on which SnitchFeed features you use. Optional website tools are loaded according to your tracking choice. Customer-configured destinations, such as Slack, Discord, and webhooks, receive information when a customer chooses to connect them; they are not listed as SnitchFeed subprocessors here.

| OpenAI | AI processing for mention analysis and user-requested AI features. | Relevant brand context, public mentions, and prompts submitted for AI features, plus generated responses. |
| OpenRouter | Routing requests to selected AI models. | Relevant brand context, public mentions, and prompts submitted for AI features, plus generated responses. Requests may be passed to selected model providers, including DeepSeek. SnitchFeed opts OpenRouter requests out of model training; downstream provider retention practices may vary. |
| Langfuse | AI tracing and quality monitoring. | AI trace data, which may include prompts, model responses, and usage metadata. |
