Per-listener notifications

Route Slack or Discord alerts per listener, mute a listener, or set its own relevance threshold—from the listener settings dialog.

Some teams send all alerts to one Slack channel or Discord webhook from workspace notification settings. When you want different listeners to notify different channels—or to stay quiet while others ping—you configure that per listener.

Where to configure

  1. Open the Listener Settings dialog (edit listener).
  2. In the left sidebar, choose Notifications.

There you pick No notifications, Slack, or Discord for this listener only, set the channel or webhook, and adjust the relevance threshold so alerts only fire when scores clear your bar.

Slack

Pick Slack, choose the channel (SnitchFeed lists channels your workspace integration can post to), move the relevance threshold slider if needed, then Update the listener.

Workspace-wide Slack connection still lives under Slack; per-listener settings only choose which channel and how strict alerts are for this listener.

Discord

Pick Discord, paste your webhook URL for this listener (see Discord if you need a webhook), set relevance threshold, then Update.

Relevance threshold

The slider applies only to notifications for this listener: you can still see lower-scoring posts in the feed. For more detail, see Relevance threshold.
