Everything in SnitchFeed can be set up by asking Snitch AI. Here's how to go from empty workspace to live mentions in one conversation.

(00:02) Hi, I'm Parth, the founder of Snitchfeed, and I wanted to quickly show you how easy it is to get started on the platform. Once you finish onboarding, you'll land on this screen, and you'll have this prompt pre-filled in. Uh, all you have to do is hit enter and it will start a new conversation with Snitch AI.
(00:23) I've done this already. Um, it will ask you a few questions about uh what it is you want to track. um what kind of signals you're interested in, what platforms you want to track. And once it has a good understanding of what you're trying to listen for, it's going to do two things. It's going to create a listener, which is basically a collection of keywords that will track on an ongoing basis for you.
(00:50) And it's going to create a feed, which is what I want to show you in this video. So, I'll open this feed here. A feed is basically um a list of posts that we think are important to you based on what we know about your business and the intent that you're tracking. Um in this example, I'm only tracking on LinkedIn and Twitter.
(01:15) So, it's only surfacing LinkedIn and Twitter posts. Um every post that we find gets scored gets a fit score and it gets tags. Um, we'll dive into fit score and tags a little bit later in a separate video, but if you find if you find a post that you think is relevant, like this one for example, right, Ryan's talking about um, Legion and and some setup that replaces uh, Legion practices.
(01:47) I think this is something I should engage with and maybe partner up with Ryan, right? Um, I can generate a comment here. And I can set up these voice profiles to really dial in what kind of comments or DMs I generate. And it will create this comment. You know, if I want to shorten in it, uh, we can do that here very quickly.
(02:08) And once it's done, you can copy and paste it on the post or send him a DM. Right. The other thing I wanted to show you was um, filters. We'll go into this um in detail in a separate video, but uh we have a lot of different filters that you can use to really narrow down uh the kind of signals that you want to track across different platforms.
(02:38) You can also select your mentions and export them to CSV or you can add them to a collection to come back to them later. Or if you have a GTM stack, uh you can use WebUX to send these mentions to Clay for enrichment and then further enrollment in campaigns for example. There's a lot of different things you can do with WebUX and CSV exports.
(03:03) And the last thing I wanted to talk about here was notifications. So CF feed will run in the background. It's going to find posts um based on the keywords we're tracking and every post um that it finds for a certain keyword, it'll land in a feed. And you can set up notifications for every new post that comes in uh into this feed.
(03:29) So, you can send notifications to Slack. For example, if you have a sales channel on Slack, let's send them to Slack. Um if you use Discord, you can do the same. If you want like a daily, hourly, or a weekly digest, we can do that as well. And then of course, we have web hooks. Um, all of these notifications get sent out in real time.
(03:49) As soon as Twitch feed finds them, they'll get sent to the right Slack channel or web hook or Discord. That was it for this video. Just wanted to give you a quick um how to get started. Hope this was helpful. And the last thing I wanted to say was um if you have any questions, you can, you know, use this chatbot and um ask here or if you want to book a demo call, you know, um just go ahead and and book it here and uh I'll be happy to help.

What you'll learn

  • How to set up your first listener by describing your customer to Snitch AI, no forms, no keyword lists
  • How to act on a mention directly: generate a comment or DM using voice profiles
  • How to filter signals, export mentions to CSV or Clay, and set up real-time Slack, Discord, or webhook notifications

Try it in your workspace

Open Snitch AI from your home screen and tell it what kind of conversations you want to find. It will ask the same clarifying questions you saw in the video.
