Buying Signal to CRM

Every high-intent mention lands in your CRM with the reply already written.

Jump to the prompt

What this skill does

Every weekday morning, this skill pulls your SnitchFeed mentions and keeps only the ones with real buying intent: recommendation requests, comparisons, competitor complaints, and people actively looking for an alternative.

For each one it works out who the person is and what company they are at, updates your CRM without overwriting anything already there, and drafts a public reply plus a follow-up email.

It never sends anything on its own. You get a ranked queue and approve each one.

What you end up with

  • A ranked daily queue instead of an unfiltered feed
  • CRM records created or updated with the mention as first-touch context
  • A public reply and an outbound email drafted per lead
  • Vendors, job posts and promotional noise stripped out before you see them

Connect to SnitchFeed MCP

Step 1 is to connect your Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc to SnitchFeed.

The prompt

Paste this into any assistant with the SnitchFeed MCP connected. Replace anything in square brackets first. It is written to be edited, so change what does not fit.

Buying Signal to CRM

You have access to the SnitchFeed MCP and my CRM. Run this every weekday morning.

1. Call snitchfeed_get_org_context so you know what we sell, who we sell to, and who our competitors are. Use it to judge relevance for the rest of this task.

2. Call snitchfeed_list_mentions with:
   - fit_score: ["high"]
   - include_intents: ["buying_intent", "recommendation_request", "seeking_alternative", "comparison", "competitor_complaint"]
   - date_from: yesterday's date
   - order: "fit_score_desc"
Paginate until you have them all.

3. Filter out anything tagged promotional, anything where the author is a vendor pitching their own product rather than a buyer with a problem, and anything already answered well by someone else in the thread.

4. For each survivor, work out who the person is and what company they are at, from the handle, the post text and their profile. If an enrichment tool is connected, enrich for title, company size and email. If you cannot confirm something, say so explicitly. Do not guess a company or an email.

5. Check my CRM for an existing contact or account. Update it if it exists, create it if it does not. On the record put: the mention text, the permalink, the intent tags, the fit score, and the platform. Never overwrite a field that already has a value, and never change deal stage.

6. Draft two things per lead:
   - A public reply for the thread. Answer their actual question first. Mention us only if it genuinely fits, and never more than once. Match the register of the platform.
   - A short outbound email, under 120 words, that references what they posted rather than opening with a generic pitch.

7. Give me the result as a ranked list. For each: who, company, what they said, why it scored high, the SnitchFeed link, the CRM link, and both drafts.

Do not post, send or message anyone. I approve everything before it goes out.

How it works

What the agent does once you paste the prompt in, step by step.

  1. 01

    Learn your business

The agent picks up what you sell and who you sell to, so it judges every lead against your business rather than a generic idea of a good one.

    snitchfeed_get_org_context
  2. 02

    Pull the real buying signals

Only the posts where someone is actively looking to buy, comparing options, or complaining about a competitor. Not every brand mention.

    snitchfeed_list_mentions
  3. 03

    Drop the noise

It reads each post again and removes ads, spam, and competitors pitching in the thread.

  4. 04

Find the person behind the handle

Each account becomes a named person at a named company. Anything it cannot confirm gets flagged rather than guessed.

  5. 05

    Update your CRM

Records are created or updated with the post attached, and nothing already in there gets overwritten.

  6. 06

    Draft, never send

A reply for the thread and a short email, written for each lead and waiting for your approval.

What it hands back

  • A ranked lead queue for the last 24 hours, highest fit first
  • Per lead: person, company, the post, why it qualified, and links to both SnitchFeed and the CRM record
  • A thread reply drafted for the platform it came from
  • A short outbound email drafted from what they actually said
  • An explicit list of anything the agent could not verify

Make it yours

Paste any of these as a follow-up after the first run, or fold them into the prompt before you start.

  • Only competitor complaints: drop the other intent tags and keep competitor_complaint and seeking_alternative.
  • Weekly instead of daily: change the date filter to the last seven days and ask for the top 20 only.
  • Route by territory: add a rule that assigns each lead to an owner based on company region or size.
  • Slack digest: ask for the queue posted to a channel with the drafts in thread replies.
  • Higher bar: ask it to include only mentions where the author's own post, not a reply, carries the intent.
