Real-time delivery
The webhook fires as part of the same job that scores the mention. There is no secondary queue, no polling interval, no lag. Your tool knows the moment SnitchFeed does.
Full AI payload, no follow-up call
Relevance score, sentiment, buying intent tags, AI summary, recommended action, and the full post — all in one POST. Your receiver never needs to call back for more context.
Automatic retries with backoff
If your endpoint is unreachable, SnitchFeed retries with exponential backoff. After repeated failures it pauses the webhook automatically — and reactivating takes one click.
Multiple endpoints, one mention
Register as many webhook URLs as you need. A single high-scoring mention can fan out to your CRM, your Slack bridge, and your analytics pipeline simultaneously.
Versioned payload shape
Every delivery carries event.version set to 1.0. If the payload shape changes in a breaking way, the version increments — so your consumer can check the field and migrate gracefully.
Test before you go live
Hit the Test button on any webhook endpoint to send a sample payload immediately. Verify your receiver parses the fields correctly before real mentions start arriving.

Open Integrations → Webhooks
In the SnitchFeed app, navigate to Integrations → Webhooks and click Create Webhook.

Paste your endpoint URL
Any HTTPS URL that accepts POST requests — a Zapier catch hook, an n8n workflow URL, or your own API route. Give it a name so you recognise it in the list later.

Test before you go live
Hit the Test button to send a sample payload to your endpoint immediately. Verify the fields parse correctly before real mentions start arriving.

High-scoring mentions start flowing
Every new match that clears your listener's relevance threshold fires a webhook. AI score, intent, post body, and recommended action — all in one payload, in real time.

Monitor delivery in the Log tab
The Webhooks screen has a Log tab showing every outbound POST: timestamp, HTTP status, response body, and delivery status. Filter by endpoint, date, or outcome to diagnose failures fast.
