AI Relevance Settings
Provide context to AI to help it understand what you're looking for and prioritize the most relevant posts.
What is AI Relevance?
SnitchFeed uses AI to help you find the most relevant posts. However, AI is only as good as the data it's trained on. To help AI understand what you're looking for, you can provide context to it.
SnitchFeed uses the following context to help AI understand what you're looking for:
Organization-Wide vs Listener-Specific AI Relevance Settings
There are two types of AI relevance settings:
- Organization-Wide Relevance: These settings are applied to all your Listeners.
- Listener-Specific Relevance: These settings are applied to a specific Listener.
Organization-Wide AI Relevance
This relevance context is applied to all the listeners across your organization—except where you have Listener-Specific Relevance set.
The screenshot above shows Organization-Wide AI Relevance settings.
Listener-Specific AI Relevance
This relevance context is applied to a specific Listener. This is useful if you want to have different relevance contexts for different Listeners.
For example, you might want to have a different relevance context for your marketing team than for your sales team.
Here's how you set up Listener-Specific AI Relevance settings.
