Relevance Score Threshold

Get notified of only the most important mentions on social media

How to set the Relevance Score Threshold for a Listener

Follow the video below to set the Relevance Score Threshold for a Listener. Once you have set the threshold, SnitchFeed will only send you alerts for mentions that have a Relevance Score greater than or equal to the threshold.

By default, when you create a listener, this threshold is set to 75%.

Only for Slack and Discord

This threshold is only used for Slack and Discord notifications. It is not used for email notifications, i.e., you will get an email alert for every mention (depending on your preferred frequency).
