# Plans, billing and credit top-ups (https://snitchfeed.com/docs/workspace/plans-and-billing)





SnitchFeed has two self-serve plans, **Starter** and **Pro**, billed monthly or yearly. Both cover all five platforms; Pro adds more capacity, webhooks, CSV export and workflows. Mention volume is not capped by a separate quota: it is bounded by the credits your plan includes (see [Credits and usage](/docs/credits)).

## Free trial [#free-trial]

New workspaces start on a **7-day free trial** with no credit card required. The trial starts when you finish onboarding and includes 1,000 credits. Before it ends, choose a plan under **Workspace Settings → Plan & Billing** to keep your listeners running.

## Plan & Billing [#plan--billing]

Open **Workspace Settings → Plan & Billing** ([app.snitchfeed.com/settings/billing](https://app.snitchfeed.com/settings/billing)). It has four tabs:

Owners also see **Manage subscription**, which opens the billing portal for your subscription and payment details. Collaborators see who the workspace owners are so they know who to ask. See [Workspace roles and permissions](/docs/workspace/roles-and-permissions).

### Upgrade your plan [#upgrade-your-plan]

1. On the **Plan** tab, pick **Monthly** or **Yearly**. Yearly billing saves 20%.
2. Click **Upgrade to Starter** or **Upgrade to Pro** and confirm.

## Buy more credits [#buy-more-credits]

If you run low before your credits reset, buy a one-time top-up pack on the **Credits** tab. Packs add to your credit cap for the current billing period.

If you need more credits every month, upgrading your plan is usually the better fit.

## Add-ons [#add-ons]

The **Addons** tab lists recurring capacity add-ons, for example extra keywords, that raise a plan limit. Choose a quantity and click **Add to plan**. Add-ons are billed with your subscription, and changes are prorated on your next invoice.
