# Outflo integration: enroll LinkedIn leads (https://snitchfeed.com/docs/integrations/outflo)





[Outflo.io](https://www.outflo.io) is a LinkedIn outreach platform. The SnitchFeed integration takes the author of a LinkedIn mention and adds them as a lead to an Outflo campaign, so outreach starts while their post is still fresh.

## How it works [#how-it-works]

1. A listener finds a LinkedIn post that matches your intent.
2. A workflow, usually triggered by a feed scoped to LinkedIn mentions, reaches an **Outflo.io** step.
3. SnitchFeed adds the post's author to the Outflo campaign you picked, and Outflo runs its connection request and follow-ups.

Enrolling a lead costs **0 credits** in SnitchFeed.

## Connect Outflo [#connect-outflo]

Workspace owners and collaborators can connect Outflo.

    Go to `app.snitchfeed.com/integrations/outflo`, or click the **Outflo.io** card on `app.snitchfeed.com/integrations`.

    Click **Connect Outflo**. You are sent to Outflo to sign in and approve access for this workspace, then returned to SnitchFeed.

A SnitchFeed workspace can have **one Outflo connection**. Use **Reconnect Outflo** to refresh access.

## Add an Outflo step to a workflow [#add-an-outflo-step-to-a-workflow]

    In a [workflow](/docs/features/workflows), use a **New mention** trigger scoped to a feed or listener that contains LinkedIn mentions, or add a **Filter** on **Platform**.

    Add an **Outflo.io** step from the **Actions** group.

    ### Pick the workspace and campaign [#pick-the-workspace-and-campaign]

    Choose the Outflo **Workspace**, then the **Campaign** to enroll leads into. Each campaign is listed with its Outflo status.

    Click **Test** to check the path with a real mention, then **Publish**. During a test the Outflo step is simulated and no lead is sent.

## When a lead is skipped [#when-a-lead-is-skipped]

The **Outflo.io** step has two exits: **Added** and **Skipped**. A mention is skipped, without failing the run, when:

* It is not from LinkedIn.
* The post has no author profile link, or the link cannot be read.
* The author is a company page rather than a person.

For a person, SnitchFeed sends their `linkedin.com/in/...` profile URL and, when available, their first and last name.

## Disable, remove or reconnect [#disable-remove-or-reconnect]

| Action                 | What happens                                                                                                                                                |
| ---------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Disable**            | Keeps the connection but stops sending outreach. Outflo steps fail until you click **Enable**.                                                              |
| **Remove**             | Deletes the connection. The confirmation dialog, &#x2A;*Remove Outflo connection?**, lists the published workflows that use it. Those workflows are paused. |
| **Reconnect required** | Shown when Outflo revokes or expires access. Outreach is paused until you click **Reconnect Outflo**. Nothing else fixes it.                                |

If Outflo rejects SnitchFeed's access during a run, the connection switches to **reconnect required**. Workflows that keep failing because of it are paused automatically after 3 failed runs in a row.
