# Dashboard: weekly listening health (https://snitchfeed.com/docs/features/dashboard)

The **Dashboard** (`app.snitchfeed.com/dashboard`) is a one-page health check for your listening. It answers three questions: are your listeners finding good mentions, is your team acting on them, and which keywords are wasting scans. Open it from **Dashboard** in the sidebar.

If you have no listeners yet, the Dashboard asks you to set one up first.

## The seven cards [#the-seven-cards]

| Card | What it measures |
| -------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **New Opportunities** | High and Medium [Fit Score](/docs/fit-score) mentions posted in the last 7 days, compared with the 7 days before. A small chart shows **Opportunities per day**. |
| **Opportunities Engaged** | Mentions your team engaged with for the first time in the last 7 days, compared with the 7 days before. A small chart shows **Engagements per day** with **Seen** and **Engaged** lines. |
| **Noise Filtered** | The share of last week's mentions that scored Low, so you did not have to review them. Compared with the previous 7 days, in percentage points. |
| **Mentions by Platform** | Mentions per day over the last 2 weeks, split by platform. |
| **Mention Activity** | Mentions first seen and first engaged per day over the last 2 weeks. |
| **Worst Performing Terms** | The 5 keywords with the highest share of Low Fit Score mentions over the last 2 weeks, each shown with its listener and a "% noisy" figure. Hover a term to see its **Low fit** and **Total mentions** counts. |
| **Activity** | A table of the last 24 hours: LinkedIn and X (Twitter) scans per listener and keyword, with posts returned and mentions created, plus mention scoring, grouped into 60-minute buckets. Scroll to load more. |

Both opportunity cards link to [Opportunities](/docs/features/opportunities) with **View opportunities**.

## How to use it [#how-to-use-it]

* **New Opportunities falling?** Check whether a listener was paused or a keyword removed, then see [Fix a listener that finds no mentions](/docs/troubleshooting/not-getting-mentions).
* **Noise Filtered very high?** Most mentions are scoring Low. Tighten the terms in **Worst Performing Terms** or add noisy signals. See [Reduce noise in your mention feed](/docs/troubleshooting/feed-is-noisy).
* **Opportunities Engaged flat?** Your team is not replying. Open [Opportunities](/docs/features/opportunities) and work through the list, or turn on [feed notifications](/docs/notifications/per-feed).
* **Activity** shows whether scans are running and how many posts each keyword returns. It helps explain credit use, since each scan costs credits (see [Credits and usage](/docs/credits)).

For custom charts and longer date ranges, use [Analytics](/docs/features/analytics).
