# Connect SnitchFeed to Claude Desktop and claude.ai (https://snitchfeed.com/docs/ai/claude-desktop)

Connect SnitchFeed to Claude and you can ask about your mentions, listeners and credits right in the chat. Claude reads your SnitchFeed data through the [SnitchFeed MCP server](/docs/mcp). The same steps work for the Claude Desktop app and for claude.ai in the browser.

## Before you start [#before-you-start]

* A SnitchFeed account.
* The SnitchFeed server URL:

```
https://api.snitchfeed.com/mcp
```

## Add SnitchFeed to Claude [#add-snitchfeed-to-claude]

<Steps>
  <Step>
    In Claude, open **Customize** from the top-right menu.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Go to **Connectors** and click **+**.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Paste the server URL and name it "SnitchFeed".
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Click **Add**. Your browser opens a SnitchFeed sign-in page.
  </Step>

  <Step>
    Sign in and grant access. Claude stores the connection and reconnects on its own.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Check that it works [#check-that-it-works]

Ask Claude: "How many keywords am I using in SnitchFeed?" It should answer with your keyword, listener and credit usage.

In SnitchFeed, **Integrations → MCP** lists Claude under **Connected agents**. Click **Disconnect** there to remove its access.

## If something goes wrong [#if-something-goes-wrong]

| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| SnitchFeed tools don't show up | Remove the connector and add it again, or restart Claude. |
| Claude asks you to sign in again | Sign-ins last 30 days. Remove the connector and add it again. |
| A tool returns a plan error | That tool needs a feature your plan doesn't include. The error links to your billing page. |
